Passengers are advised that the provisions of the Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and heir Luggage by Sea 1974 and it's additional Protocol(s) may be applicable. The Athens Convention in most cases limits the Carrier's liability for death or personal injury or loss of or damage to luggage (including a vehicle) and makes special provision for valuables. The Athens Convention presumes that luggage has been delivered undamaged unless written notice is given to the Carrier:
(i) in the case of apparent damage, before or at the time of disembarkation or redelivery, or

(ii) in the case of damage which is not
apparent or of loss, within 15 days from the date of disembarkation or redelivery or from the time when such redelivery should have taken place.


Passengers are also advised that the carriage is subject to the Carrier's own Conditions for passengers which (i) incorporate the Athens Convention so far as it is not otherwise compulsorily applicable and (ii) also contain other exclusions and restrictions of the Carrier's liability.Copies of both are available on request.


The term 'Transeuropa Ferries' is merely a commercial name whilst The carriage of passengers and their luggage by means of the vessels which are sailing under the commercial name 'Transeuropa Ferries' is performed exclusively by and for the sole account of the individual registered ship owners of the following vessels:
